<p>Goals:<br/> Find SOA yield for decane + Cl under high NOx condition (NO and NO2 injected) at RH = 40%. Investigate volatility behavior based on 2D thermograms.</p> <p>Summary:<br/> Ammonium sulfate seed (0.01M, 150 mL) was injected using an aerosol generation system. Cl2 gas, NO and NO2 gas were injected from their cylinders. 81 ug/m^3 of decane was injected into a glass bulb and heated clean air was made to flow over it, carrying the volatilized decane into the chamber. After ~30 minutes (sufficient mixing time), lights were turned on for 1 hour. 40.7 ug/m^3 of SOA was formed, giving a mass yield of 0.50.
