<p> This dataset contains time series of all available monthly river flow rates observed at the farthest downstream station for the world's largest 925 rivers, plus long-term mean river flow rates and continental discharge into the individual and global oceans, produced originally by Dai and Trenberth (2002, JHM) and Dai et al. (2009, Journal of Climate), and updated by Dai (2016, AGU Monograph 221) and Dai (2021, Climate Dynamics). </p>
