This dataset supports the publication "Large-scale ionospheric disturbances during the 17 March 2015 storm: A model-data comparative study". The data files are selected output from the thermosphere-ionosphere-electrodynamics general circulation model (TIEGCM). The data files are model outputs from the TIEGCM simulations of the 17 March 2015 storm.
