Design of the Stonehenge Launch System

This report provides the engineering data required for the construction and use of the Stonehenge Launch System. Because scientific ballooning payloads have become heavier, more delicate, and more costly, the Stonehenge Launch System was developed in order to minimize the possibility of failure at launch and the subsequent expense and delay involved in preparing the payload for re-flight.
