DMSP Subset Images, F15 and F17, tiff image format

This dataset consists of a single tar file. Images within the tar file are sub-setted to the PASE region. The file contains tiff images, g-zipped. Both VIS and IR images are included. Be aware that the images seem to be night images, so the VIS images are dark.
