FSU Surface Meteorology Data

This dataset collects all of the surface meteorological data from the TOGA COARE region into a single data set and passes those data through a common quality control procedure. Included are data from land based weather stations, buoys, moorings, research vessels, voluntary observing ships, and the ERS-1 scatterometer. Also included is the COARE flux alogrithm software.
