HIAPER Airborne Radiation Package (HARP) Actinic Flux Data

Photolysis frequencies and actinic flux data from the HIAPER Airborne Radiation Package (HARP) that flew aboard the NSF/NCAR HIAPER GV aircraft for 14 research flights during the ACCLIP campaign. The flights were over the western Pacific Ocean.
