NCAR S-PolKa radar moments data, S- and Ka-band, all variables, DORADE

S-PolKa data for the Rain in Cumulus over the Ocean (RICO) project. The data set contains both S-only and S-and-K data, repackaged to include separation of un-tarred data into sonly and sandk directories.
