These 16 mm films include footage of the sky from the US ship Oceanographer for Phases I, II, and III, as well as the Pre-phase, of the Global Atmospheric Research Program's (GARP) Atlantic Tropical Experiment (GATE). Phase is noted in the "Description" section on the order page.
