ISFS 5-minute Surface Meteorology & Fluxes: 3D anemometers (instrument coordinates)

Preliminary 5 minute averaged surface meteorology and flux data collected by the NCAR/EOL Integrated Surface Flux System (ISFS) during the INFUSSE campaign. The winds reported by the 3D sonic anemometers are in instrument coordinates.
