Radar, ETL vertically pointing; Final Cloud Boundaries (ASCII) [Uttal, T.]

NOAA ETL deployed a vertically pointing Doppler radar aboard the SHEBA ship. This dataset contains final 12 hr cloud boundary ASCII files for the entire deployment period.
