Ambient ice nucleating particle (INP) observations from the University of Oslo optical particle counter that was deployed at the coastal location of the Lofoten Islands near the town of Napp, Norway during the Cold Air Outbreak Experiment in the Sub-Arctic Region (CAESAR) campaign.
