CFMIP AMIP-m4k historical with active land BGC

AMIP experiment where SSTs are subject to a uniform cooling of 4K. This cooling should be applied to the ice free ocean surface only. Sea ice and SSTs under sea ice remain the same as in the amip DECK experiment. (CMIP6 Experiment).
