U.S. Navy Declassified Surface and Upper Air Data

The U.S. Navy has declassified certain surface land and ship as well as some ship upper air observations for 1985-1996, excluding 1992. These observations are primarily taken by U.S. Navy ships and/or come from intelligence gathering in support of military operations globally.
